The Village complex is nested between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. There are many unique shops and local restaurants walking distance. Village Unit 185 is a gorgeous suite with plenty of room offering guests a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa with a full bathroom and beautiful walk in glass door shower our unit sleeps 3 comfortably. This is a ground floor unit making it super convenient not having to walk up steps or wait on an elevator. Guests have access to the 2 new beautiful pools that were recently built at the Villages. The unit has been completely remodeled and updated.
The Village of South Walton offers amenities for guests to experience including boutique shops, eateries, leisure activities, pools, hot tub, fire pit, seasonal entertainment and getting to the deeded beach access is easy in the chauffeured golf cart. Perfectly positioned between Alys and Rosemary Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, there is no shortage of activities.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals can be arranged prior to your stay by contacting LA DOLCE VITA directly. This company is the sole provider if you are interested in reserving beach service at the deeded beach access point.
