  • What is your Cleaning Policy?

    Our team of housekeeping professionals follow a strict protocol as cleanliness is one of 30A Rental Properties' highest priorities. 30A Rental Properties is actively following the Walton County Health Department guidelines and CDC recommendations to stay up to date on best practices and measures to keep each home thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. As a two-step measure, our quality assurance team member will go into the home after our housekeepers, to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. ALL linens, including comforters, towels, and sheets are professionally laundered, ensuring all linens are fresh and clean upon guest arrival.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check In is at 4 P.M. CST and Check out is at 9 A.M. CST (Local Prevailing Time). We are not granting early check-ins or late check-outs as our housekeeping and inspection teams need the appropriate time to make sure all of our luxury accommodations are prepared for your arrival and maintain a high level of satisfaction. In the event our team can accommodate said request, there will be a mandatory charge of $150.00 which will be billed to your card on file. Guests are not permitted to enter the property until management has given permission or until 4pm CST. Our team will make every effort possible to ensure our standard check-in time is met, however in the event our housekeepers need additional time to ensure the property is prepared and cleaned appropriately we do kindly ask guests to be understanding and patient.

  • How do I check-in?

    At 30A Rental Properties, we want our guests to start enjoying their vacation as soon as possible, therefore all our properties have lock boxes with keys inside or keyless access codes right on the property. Guests do not have to check in with an office.

  • What are the check-out procedures?

    We kindly request guests put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the load, remove all trash and personal items from the kitchen and place them trash in the appropriate location and lock all doors and windows upon departure. If you have rented a property with physical keys, please make sure you place all the keys back in the lockbox to avoid a $250.00 re-keying charge.

  • When will I receive my check in information?

    You will receive your property information approximately 5 days prior to your arrival. This email will include information such as property location, door codes, Wi-Fi information, community rules and other helpful information.   • What amenities are included with my stay?

    30A Rental Properties provides all properties with a starter shampoo, conditioner, body wash or bar of soap in each full bathroom. Also, there will be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The kitchens will have 2 rolls of paper towels, a small dish washing soap, a couple dishwasher packets, and 2 garbage bags per trash can. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing extra items.

  • Will beach towels be provided?

    No, our homes are stocked with bath towels and household linens for the beds, and these linens are not permitted to be taken outside of the home.

  • Is there Wi-Fi at the property?

    Yes, all of our luxury and well-maintained properties have free Wi-Fi access. However we do not control the reliability of local service providers and potential outages.

  • Are Beach chairs and Umbrellas provided?

    Many of our properties do include several personal beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. However these are offered as complementary and we can not guarantee the beach chairs or umbrellas are what you want or need. We recommend guests obtain the provider information for the beach service for the property you have reserved and reserving beach chairs and umbrellas if there is beach service available.

  • When is full payment due?

    Full payment is due 65 days prior to arrival.

  • What is your minimum rental period?

    During the peak season of Spring Break and Summer most of our properties do require weekly reservations that are from Saturday to Saturday. Other times of the year we require a 3 night minimum reservation and during holidays 4 to 5 night minimums (depending upon the property).

  • Are Pets Allowed & What is the Fee?

    Yes and No, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $225 (fee may vary by property). We understand your 4-legged friends are part of your family! We have a number of pet friendly rentals...dogs only. Sorry no cats. We do require Management approval as not all of our luxury homes are pet friendly.
