With over 15 years of experience in real estate, vacation rentals, and property management, Hayden has built his company around a more intentional, hands-on approach focused on quality, performance, and long-term relationships. Known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong understanding of the 30A rental market, Hayden works closely with homeowners to maximize their property’s performance while maintaining a high standard of care. His approach is centered on quality over quantity — ensuring each home is properly managed, strategically positioned, and never treated as just another listing. Over the years, many locally owned vacation rental companies along 30A have been acquired by large investment groups and transitioned into high-volume, corporate-run operations. 30A Rental Properties has remained independent — locally owned and locally managed — allowing Hayden to stay aligned with the homeowners he represents and focused on delivering consistent results. Based locally on 30A, Hayden remains actively involved in day-to-day operations, maintaining a high level of accessibility, responsiveness, and direct engagement with both homeowners and guests.
