From the moment you walk into this spacious three-bedroom condominium located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, you'll be in awe of both the fresh, open decor as well as the fantastic views of bustling Scenic Highway 30A below. Your master bedroom features access to the balcony, a spacious king bed, & a 75-inch smart tv. Attached to the master bedroom you'll find the master bathroom, which features a double vanity, tub and a larger than usual closet. Your second bedroom has a fantastic king bed, a great closet, and a 60-inch smart tv. The third bedroom has newly updated Full over Full bunk bed along with a 55-inch Smart tv. The two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway, which features a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the accouterments needed for a five-course meal or a simple shrimp boil! All cooking and baking items are provided, and then some. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living spaces. The living room features beautiful décor along with access to the balcony.

The Village of South Walton has an amazing beachside village feel. No car is needed while staying in this condo. This complex offers you Starbucks, Lola Coastal Italian, Creative Crepes, 2 Clothing/surf stores, La Cocina Latin Restaurant, The sweet Peddler Candy Shop, The Back Door Bakery, Small cakes Cupcakery and Ice Cream Shop, Pizza by the Sea, Sundries Grocery Story and Beach and Brew. There is easy access to the private beach via a shuttle which picks you up just steps from the building. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 10-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. If you so choose, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk. The Village is centrally located in Seacrest between Rosemary Beach and Alys on 30A. The convenient location is within easy walking distance to world-class dining, spa, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops. There is a fabulous Farmer’s Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach.
 
Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

-  Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 and must stay on property for the entire length of stay. No Spring Breakers without Parents, this is strictly enforced. 
-  Saturday to Saturday - 7-night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
- No GOLF carts or LSV'S, Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule. (Strict Rule)
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
-  Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property during their stay.
