Both beach access points have limited parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A. The Blue Mountain beach access is less than 3/4 mile from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

* Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM Local Time. 
* Guest must agree to sign 30A Rental Properties rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* Surveillance device on exterior of home
* Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
* Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
