The perfectly equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, Wolfe and Subzero stainless steel appliances, an oversized pantry. The first floor also offers guests a large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.  After cooking your family’s favorite meals, you will find an eight-person dining table with additional seating at the four-seat breakfast bar for you all to enjoy it together! The cozy living room and screened in patio that leads directly to the greenway will be the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or even better your morning coffee!  The natural preserve area off porch for peace and tranquility.

Carport entry houses cubbies and hooks for all of your beach necessities. Wide, bright stairwell to open 2nd floor landing and 2 built in bunk beds comprised of 4 twin beds.. Second floor master suite with double vanities a separate tub/shower in bath. Private porch off 2nd master with hanging swing bed and sitting area. Two guest suites offering queen beds on this level with lots of natural light mirror each other. Hardwood flooring throughout, marble vanities, Wolfe and Subzero stainless steel appliances, Sharp microwave drawer, professional grade dishwasher and upscale lighting are a few of the features you will find in this well appointed property. Walk to the Dragonfly pool for a dip or take a bike ride through the community to the beach. All of the rooms include a smart Samsung television and comfortable beds.

Complete Clean Linen Participant - ALL linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout. Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

* Saturday to Saturday - 7 night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
* CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

* Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 30A Rental Properties fines.


* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.

Travel Insurance - 30A Rental Properties and our owners encourage all our rental guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellation emergencies, no refunds will be given once the refund period has pasted this is why we encourage you to purchase the travel insurance.

Important Notice - WaterColor Amenity Wristbands The WaterColor HOA currently requires all guests 5 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as the community pools and the WaterColor beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. Also, if the guest is 5 years of age or older, they need to be listed as an adult. Please bear in mind that the WaterColor HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Also, please note that they are CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any wristbands that are lost.

30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement: By submitting payment for this reservation, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to adhere to and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, thus making it a legal binding contract.
